Billing Coordinator Duties
  • Researches in a fast-paced office environment for high-volume national accounts, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timeliness in documentation for consolidated billing activities.
  • Ensures pertinent information is included where required. Coordinates weekly sorting and distribution of daily invoices. Manages monthly sorting and distribution of escalation reports and consolidated invoices. Communicates with collectors and national account managers. Develops reports to meet customer needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
