Shared service centre for FTSE 250 recruitment consultancy based in New Malden is recruiting for an expanding team. This is a long-term temporary position (6 month+) with the potential for these roles to go permanent after 12 months.
Working with UK and offshore teams, including contracts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and rebates teams. Your reconciliation, analysis, and communication skills should be strong, and your knowledge must be at a certain professional level.
You will be a recent school or university leaver seeking valuable experience, or an experienced AR Clerk with good Excel skills. You should have basic finance knowledge and a desire to learn Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. Strong reconciliation skills, system, and process knowledge are essential. Experience with the Peoplesoft system is desirable but not essential.
Ideally, you hold a degree in business or accountancy & finance and have at least 6 months of basic finance or accounting experience.
