Eversheds Sutherland is recruiting a Billing and Revenue Assistant to support end-to-end billing processes for a busy finance team in the UK. You will work with e-billing groups, fee earners and practice groups to ensure accurate, timely invoices and strong financial hygiene.
You will mentor junior colleagues, advise fee earners on firm-wide billing procedures and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with other finance teams to deliver high-quality client service.

The role of the Billing and Revenue Assistant is to successfully bill in line with the Client’s billing protocols.
The Billing Assistant will be the designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relation to the client’s billing requirements and Practice Group management.
The role covers the following elements; billing support, service delivery, controls and additional requests. In addition to these, you will be expected to understand the implications of billing on firm-wide cash flow and lock up.
