Job description

Organisation requires a Billing Specialist to join their team in West Bromwich on a temp to perm basis.

The role of Billing Analyst will focus on working across all ledgers, ensuring all invoices are sent accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

1. To work as part of the billing team responsible for the generation of all invoicing across the group.
2. Maintain and update all customer information across multiple internal systems.
3. Ensure accuracy of billing data.
4. Monitor and maintain the billing case queue daily, ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently (both customer queries and internal requests).
5. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and other departments to deliver a great client experience.
6. Assist with the monthly bill runs.

Ideally, candidates will have at least 12 months of billing or accounts receivable experience, along with good Excel skills and the ability to work with a finance database system.
