Qualifications

• Manage the billing process for key customer accounts, ensuring invoices are accurate and delivered on time.
• Post journals and support monthly income accounting activities.
• Investigate income variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare supporting documentation and audit evidence for month-end reporting.
• Respond to billing-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of billing processes and controls.
