About the role:

As a Billing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing across all divisions by managing call and line data records, resolving billing issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities:
- Run reports and perform checks on customer charging using internal billing systems
- Investigate and resolve unbilled items and tariff issues
- Collect and validate CDRs and LDRs, identifying efficiencies
- Follow procedures to support live bill run sign-offs
- Assist in improving billing processes, including templating and data collection
- Support both Managed Billing and Wholesale Billing teams through cross-training
- Handle charge queries and assist with partner migrations
- Provide ad-hoc support and reporting as required
- Collaborate with the line manager on process improvements and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely billing across all customer accounts
