ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, competent individual to join the ABM UK Glasgow Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Play a pivotal role in the closing of the month-end billing and in the production of key accounting reports
  2. Assist in running reports for the Senior Management Team
  3. Assist in raising Purchase Orders
  4. Assist in weekly and monthly billing procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English (both written and verbal)
  • Flexibility to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
