Job summary

Martin Randall Travel is seeking an Italian/German-speaking Graduate Operations Executive to join the UK operations team in Chiswick, London. The role involves booking hotels, transport, restaurants, and activities, coordinating with suppliers, briefing tour leaders, and handling client inquiries.

You will support budgeting, data updates, and site visits, with travel in the UK and overseas. Location: Chiswick, London.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) and Italian and/or German.
• University degree (or equivalent).
• Interest in arts and culture with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Book hotels, transport, restaurants, and visits; coordinate with ground handlers, museums, guides, and venues.
• Brief tour leaders, prepare documents, and respond to client queries.
• Assist with budgeting, database and website updates, and program administration.
• Attend client events, conduct site inspections, and support festivals with artist contracting and logistics.
