Position: Bilingual Tour Operations Executive with fluency in either Spanish, Italian, or French

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work after probation

Salary: £28,000 per annum

A well-established tour operator that prides itself on being a specialist in creating tailor-made tours in Great Britain and Ireland.

Main Duties:

1. Be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring clients have the best experience.
2. Create and prepare itineraries, quotations, and costings for groups.
3. Manage general bookings in the tour plan, ensuring all services are booked.
4. Administer group bookings, including amendments, cancellations, and room lists.
5. Ensure tours run smoothly from start to finish while processing client requests.
6. Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers.
7. Issue documentation.
8. Process invoices.
9. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients as necessary.
10. Create strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

The Candidate:

1. Fluent in either Spanish, Italian, or French.
2. Previous experience in travel, tour operations, or a DMC.
3. Experience working in the Guaranteed Departures department is a plus.
4. Knowledge of destinations within the UK and Ireland is beneficial.
5. Excellent communication and organization skills.
6. Proactive, dynamic, and able to multitask.
7. IT literate (MS Office).
8. Able to work as part of a team as well as take initiative.
