Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic food hygiene certification or commitment to pass within 3 months.
• Desirable: training in food production or service.
• Desirable: Health and Safety training (moving and handling, first aid).
• Desirable: Training in selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of simple food and serve meals.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and equipment washed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain personal cleanliness.
• Work under Cook in Charge or Deputy and wear clean overalls.
• Support other duties as required.
