Our client is in search of aGerman Speaking Travel Support Representativethat will cooperate with customers to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations

They are one of the world’s largest online travel guidance companies that offers online hotel reservations and bookings for transportation, lodging, travel experiences, and restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Canceling and modifying reservations by phone
  • Corresponding courteously & professionally in email, chat and calls interactions
  • Recording accurate booking information, customer inquiries, interactions, and details of actions taken into various in-house software solutions

Requirements and Skills:

  • 1+ years of relevant customer service, operations, or reservations experience
  • Experience with relevant applications like Salesforce, Zendesk, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be fluent in both German and English
