An established industry player is seeking a bilingual customer service representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Your ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English will be crucial as you assist customers and ensure their needs are met. Under general supervision, the bilingual customer service representative will take inbound calls as necessary to assist their customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing of customers concerns and inquiries. Our bilingual customer service representatives must practice active listening, be empathic and the ability to always communicate clearly with the customer in a positive and professional manner.
This position is in center at our 24th St location. Training will take place from 9:00-5:30 in center.

Employees will follow the work schedule assigned and must comply with the attendance and established punctuality requirements.
