Job summary

Electro Rent UK is seeking a Credit Collector and Billing Specialist to join our finance team in Harrow. The role focuses on cash collection, setting up credit facilities, and producing corporate invoices in a hybrid work setting.

Key duties include managing the EMEA sales ledger, resolving billing queries, and coordinating with Sales and IT to ensure accurate invoicing. Fluency in Spanish and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient with D365 and advanced Excel; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Native or highly fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Organised, detail oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing and handle inbound calls to influence customers.
• Manage customer sales ledger for the EMEA region.
• Review and resolve billing queries to support cash collection.
• Provide billing support to Manager and reconcile ledgers as needed.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Care teams to close contracts.
• Prioritise a large portfolio and meet deadlines and targets.
• Investigate historical data for debts and billing issues.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and PO details are correct.
• Escalate issues to Management and IT when needed.
