Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd is seeking a bilingual professional to support its Japanese Equity Desk in London. The role requires fluent Japanese and English, with written and spoken communication to engage Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.

You will coordinate corporate access, arrange investor meetings and travels, translate reports, and support analyst sessions, combining client-facing duties with operational coordination in a fast-paced, regulated market.

Formación

• Native or professional business-level fluency in both Japanese and English.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in finance, corporate access, investor relations, operations, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and corporate protocol.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and other CRM or business systems is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and/or relevant professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Investor Relations and Corporate Access services to Daiwa's corporate and institutional clients, combining client-facing responsibilities with bilingual operational support to deliver successful engagement between listed companies and investors.
• Respond to meeting and video conference requests from investors.
• Arrange investors’ business trips to Europe.
• Arrange NDRs for European companies in Japan and Asia.
• Arrange group video conferences for European companies, including moderating the conference on the day.
• Arrange and accompany European company visit tours.
• Logistics-related matters will be handled by the London CA.
