Sun East Federal Credit Union of Aston, PA is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Relationship Advisor. RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the VP, Marketing & Growth Strategy, responsible for the development of existing Select Employee Groups (SEGs) by packaging and promoting credit union programs, products, and services to SEGs in both English and Spanish. Also responsible for the acquisition of new Select Employee Groups, securing NCUA approval on all SEG additions and changes, promoting Sun East products and services, the SERIS program and mobile branch delivery channel to potential SEG's. Conducts calling campaigns from lead lists to existing members. Supports the Marketing team with proofreading and adapting Spanish-language promotional materials for accuracy and cultural relevance. Promotes and represents the credit union in a pleasant, positive and professional manner. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Strong written and verbal skills that can be used to communicate with outside contacts at all levels including top executives, both in English and Spanish
  • Ability to speak /present to groups of all sizes, both in English and Spanish
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional appearance and manner.
  • Knowledge of Credit Union philosophy, history, services, and practices is a plus.
  • Proven organizational skills and abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, taking initiative in fostering new business relationships and in planning and execution.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position that may require up to 90% local travel and non-traditional (some evenings and weekends) schedule as business needs warrant.
