As a member of the AWS Support team, you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology, assisting a global list of companies and developers leveraging a growing set of services and features for their mission-critical applications. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will serve as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’ across all cloud products, equipping our customers with the necessary tools and tactics to maximize their investment in our products and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Learn and utilize groundbreaking cloud technologies.
  2. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to deliver unique solutions tailored to customer needs.
  3. Engage with leading engineers worldwide.
  4. Collaborate with AWS teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
  5. Provide feedback to internal AWS teams based on customer support experiences.
  6. Manage customer communication during critical events.

Basic Qualifications
