About the role

We seek an inquisitive and visionary bid professional to join our Bids & Pursuits Team. You will work closely with the UK team and offshore team in Delhi to manage the bid process, develop proposals, coordinate stakeholders, and improve pursuit methodologies.

• Pursuit Management: Lead and own the bid process from opportunity identification to submission, supporting on qualifying opportunities, developing win strategies, and coaching on conversations and presentations.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including business services and fee earners, to ensure an integrated approach.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement and refine pursuit methodologies, develop workshops, and share lessons learned.
• Qualification: Support opportunity assessment to focus on winnability and develop win strategies.
• Relationship Building: Build relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and position yourself as a winning work expert.
• Reporting: Assist in refining reporting and pursuit approaches, and facilitate feedback sessions.
• Line Management: Manage and develop team members where appropriate.
