A leading global law firm is seeking a Bids Coordinator to support the team in coordinating the bid process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment, possess strong attention to detail, and be proficient in Word and PowerPoint. You will assist in drafting responses, managing documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of all submissions. This role offers training and support within a dynamic team.

Our Newcastle office is currently recruiting for a Bids Coordinator to support the team in coordinating a smooth-running bid process.
The Role
We are looking for a Bids Coordinator to join our highly regarded EMEA Strategic Bids Team. Bidding is a key aspect for our business, and one of the ways in which Norton Rose Fulbright wins work and grows its relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for helping to compile documents to send to our clients and ensuring we are providing all of the information requested. You will need excellent attention to detail to make sure all documents are free of errors.
Experience in a fast-paced, corporate/office environment is important. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to work with an experienced bid team. Training and support is offered throughout.
