Dockers is a global retailer and part of the Levi’s & Strauss Company. Dockers collaborates with OMD EMEA across Europe, and we are seeking a talented specialist in paid search and paid social to manage daily campaign execution as part of our expert team.

The role is within our Dockers Performance Media team. You will work under the guidance of a Paid Search Manager and a Paid Social Manager, developing and executing top-tier performance strategies in collaboration with the wider team to meet client objectives.

The Paid Search and Social Senior Executive will execute our campaigns across the region, supporting planning and delivery across branding, performance media, and ecommerce, aligned with Docker’s business priorities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, problem-solving, and experienced in paid search and paid social, committed to delivering excellent service for Dockers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Executing key priorities and workstreams for paid social campaigns.
  2. Implementing the test & learn plan and identifying testing opportunities.
  3. Supporting the identification and delivery of growth opportunities.
  4. Providing high-quality data analysis, performance reporting, and insights.
  5. Supporting partner management activities.
  6. Sharing expertise within the OMD EMEA Performance Community.

About You:

  1. Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  2. Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Knowledge of media agency ecosystems.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  6. Attention to detail.
  7. Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  8. Experience with SnapChat, Twitter, Reddit, and campaign management platforms like SA360 (beneficial).
  9. Strong Excel skills.
  10. Understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (beneficial).
  11. Knowledge of KPI selection within paid search and social.
  12. Experience activating paid search and social campaigns, with understanding of best practices across campaign types, structure, optimization, QA, reporting, insights, and finance.
