Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is looking for a Biddable Account Manager within APEX to lead client and campaign management for Paid Social and Programmatic activities. In this role, you will manage a team, ensuring high standards of deliverables and monitoring campaign performance to achieve defined business objectives.

Your strong analytical skills, experience with social platforms, and ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential for success. The position comes with excellent benefits including Pension and Private Medical.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Social platforms (Meta & TikTok essential).
• Strong understanding of biddable media KPIs and optimisation levers.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Confident in communicating with clients and presenting insights.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• Keen interest in Digital Marketing and emerging biddable technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and campaign management across APEX Paid Social + Programmatic campaigns.
• Oversee daily tasks of SAEs and AEs to ensure high standards.
• Monitor campaign performance against business objectives.
• Identify areas of growth for the business.
• Support the Strategy team with biddable planning.
• Build relationships with Publicis Agencies and tech vendors.
• Contribute to team meetings and best practice approaches.
