Job summary

Coventry University Group is seeking a skilled professional to lead end-to-end tender responses, proposal writing, and governance-driven bid processes. You will manage portals, review opportunities, and steer internal bid/no-bid decisions to accelerate growth in Higher and Degree Apprenticeships.

The role requires degree-level education or equivalent experience, with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Commercial bids, tenders, or proposals writing in a customer-service oriented environment.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end tender response project management and proposal writing.
• Maintain relevant tender portals, review past opportunities and manage bid/no-bid decisions.
• Accelerate growth of the Higher and Degree Apprenticeship portfolio.
• Project manage bid responses with milestones and cross-departmental support.
• Write, edit, and proofread compliant tender documentation highlighting win-themes.
