• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, write, edit and submit high-quality tender responses.
• Review tender documents to understand requirements and deadlines.
• Research customer requirements and gather information for bid responses.
• Produce clear, concise and persuasive content using templates and collateral.
• Proofread and format submission documents for consistency and professionalism.
• Plan and coordinate bid activities to meet deadlines.
• Maintain records of bid activity and submission schedules.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial, Product and Technical teams.
• Support post-submission activities and lessons learned reviews.
• Update the bid library with standard responses, case studies and documentation.
• Research prospective customers and tender opportunities in rail and transport.
• Identify upcoming opportunities and contribute to bid strategies.
• Prepare client presentations and sales collateral.
• Identify customer requirements, trends and competitors.
• Gather feedback from bids to improve win rates.
• Understand public sector procurement processes and best practice.
• Collaborate to improve bid content and templates.
• Build knowledge of products and services to craft proposals.
