The Role:

  • Draft clear, structured, and persuasive content for private and public sector tenders and funding applications.
  • Support live tender projects and lead entire bids.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to secure placements.
  • Review and interpret procurement documents, aligning responses with evaluation criteria.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining potential bid opportunities and knowledge resources.
  • Attend team meetings, internal reviews, and client briefings.
  • Apply editorial rigor and quality assurance to written content.
  • Meet deadlines confidently and consistently.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to gather key facts, service information, and supporting evidence.

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in healthcare market writing bids, ideally within complex homecare packages.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulations within health and social care.

This role is home-based; applicants must be based in the UK. Occasional travel to meetings may be required.
