We are looking for a talented and detail-orientedBid Writerto join our team atOctavius Regional Civil Engineering. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling, customer-focused content that supports our bid submissions and helps us secure exciting new opportunities.

As a Bid Writer, you'll work closely with the Bid Manager and subject matter experts to develop high-quality written responses that clearly communicate our value proposition and align with client requirements.

What you'll be doing
  • Write, edit, and proofread persuasive and tailored content for bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documents.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to gather input and translate it into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Ensure all written content aligns with client expectations, bid strategy, and brand tone.
  • Support the development of bid storyboards and response structures.
  • Maintain and update a library of reusable content and case studies.
  • Assist in reviewing and formatting final submissions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of bid writing processes.
Who you'll workwith

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team of professionals delivering infrastructure projects across a variety of frameworks for Highways clients. You'll work closely with Bid Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Commercial teams.
