Key Responsibilities:
Lead the writing of bid proposals, tenders, and pre-qualification documents.
Collaborate with project managers and senior leaders to develop tailored proposals.
Ensure compliance with bid requirements and deadlines.
Maintain a library of bid content, case studies, and templates.
Track ongoing bids and ensure timely submissions.
Contribute to improving the bid process.
What you will bring:
Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of the bid process and document management.
Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with tender portals (e.g., Delta, Bravo) is a plus.
