Job Summary

The role involves collaborating with Bid Managers, the Senior Bid Manager, and internal stakeholders to produce compelling bids and proposals, and managing the bid process when required.

About the Role
  • Lead the creation of expressions of interest, prequalification questionnaires, ITT responses, and standalone proposals and presentations
  • Support bid presentation development and delivery to key decision-makers
  • Maintain the Bid library, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and accessible
  • Complete bid/no bid assessments in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to align tenders with departmental strategies and operational capabilities
