Job Title: Bid Writer

Our Mechanical & Electrical client based in Essex is currently recruiting for a Bid Writer to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent role in Billericay offering £35,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

1. Create submissions with persuasive and compelling text to make our bid stand out.
2. Ensure timescales are met at every step of the bid process, including all internal governance, and set realistic deadlines for bid completion.
3. Drive continuous improvement through post-bid feedback.

Requirements:

Proven ability in bid writing and winning high-value, compliant tenders within the public sector and social housing market is essential. Experience in the M&E sector is preferred.
