Our client, a leading name in the construction and highways sector, is looking for a skilled Bid Writer to join their team in Basingstoke (RG21). ? Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid – up to 40% remote)

? Contract Type: Permanent

? Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Writing, editing, and managing PQQ and tender submissions
• Organising and leading workshops to support bid development
• Developing compelling win themes from strategy meetings
• Creating tailored, high-quality written content and supporting materials
• Researching and writing supporting info including CVs, case studies, and innovations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a bid/proposal writing or work winning environment
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word
• A proactive self-starter and team player comfortable liaising with a wide range of stakeholders
• Flexible working options including staggered hours and hybrid setup
• 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
