Bid & Tender Coordinator - Hybrid role 3 days office based, 2 days working from home, London

My client is an interior design company that offers innovative and inspiring total solutions for working environments. They provide workplace solutions for offices, schools, and healthcare facilities, with a focus on design, ergonomics, and sustainability. Their reputation within the market is outstanding.

Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Bid & Tender Coordinator based at their London or Langley office.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the tender process.
  • Coordinate tenders, RFIs, RFQs, and RFP responses internally.
  • Communicate with the tender team for process information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather information.
  • Plan workloads and set deadlines for each part of the tender process.
  • Assist in specifying clients’ and third-party products.
  • Ensure quality assurance of all tender responses.
  • Manage portals and framework agreements to keep them up to date.
  • Design presentations and submissions to showcase the brand and offerings.
  • Assist in creating O&M manuals, product pack specifications, and product presentations.

Skills Required:
  • 2+ years’ experience working with tenders
  • Graphic design degree or relevant knowledge
  • Copywriting qualification (not mandatory)
  • Proficient in InDesign
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe
  • Understanding of AutoCAD (not essential)
