Essential Job Functions

• Strategise and write social value bid responses in the UK, enabling high scores in all our social value bid responses
• Respond to feedback from internal review processes; capture and record outcomes
• Update and maintain social value bid collateral, including standard responses and customer presentations
• Be the face of DXC’s UK social value to the customer during the bidding process
• Keep records and manage tracking systems to ensure all relevant processes and approvals have been addressed
• Monitor bid questions and scoring to inform the UK social value strategy, reporting this to Social Value leadership
• Seek and report opportunities for new social value activities to Social Value leadership
• Monitor bid outcomes and handover successful opportunities to the Social Value delivery team
• Collaborate with bid teams using interpersonal and relationship skills, diplomacy, and flexibility

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Six or more years of bid, proposal or related experience
• Experience working with social value
• Experience working with the technology industry
