The Bid & Proposal Co-ordinator Apprentice role joins a fast-paced, collaborative team at the heart of our business development strategy, offering hands-on experience within a global law firm.

You will work with experienced Pitch Managers and Senior Managers to coordinate activities, manage correspondence, and support winning submissions while developing professional skills over

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 A-Levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and teamwork.
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a wide range of bid and proposal activities.
• Manage the Pitch team inbox and allocate opportunities.
• Monitor tender portals for new opportunities.
• Coordinate pitch documents and tender submissions.
• Assist with PQQs and information requests.
• Organise meetings and project activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the firm.
