A Snapshot of your day

As a Senior Bid Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of major project tenders. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure customers receive tailored Bid Proposals based on their requirements and expectations. The role will include presenting to both internal and external partners, and will require high attention to detail at each submission stage.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead all day-to-day aspects of major project tenders from concept through to contract award.
• Demonstrate an excellent appreciation of customer needs and articulate our solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide leadership and support to a team of subject matter specialists to achieve quality tender submissions.
• Ensure tenders are completed with integrity and have vital internal authority approval.
• Handle interaction with partners and customers throughout the tender process.
• Demonstrate dedication and proficiency towards team working.

What you bring

• Degree in engineering or equivalent / APMP Certification
• Successful experience in negotiating and closing contracts > £50 M and ability to work in intercultural settings
• Tenacious, goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed; Highly motivated
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle time optimally to achieve targets; Deadline-driven
• Excellent coordination, influencing, and facilitation skills; Ability to empower cross-functional teams
