In this role, you’ll drive the quality application of the end-to-end Business Winning Methodology as part of Babcock’s contribution to the consortium bidding for the Integrated Combat Rotary Wing Training (ICRWT) opportunity.
The Bid Programme Director will play a pivotal leadership role in steering this large and complex bid, ensuring the seamless integration and high quality of all business winning outputs to maximise the probability of success.
As a Bid Programme Director, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This role will directly shape the success of a strategically vital defence bid, helping to deliver cutting-edge rotary wing training capabilities to international partners.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead the ICRWT bid as Bid Lead, working in close partnership with the Opportunity Lead and subject matter experts across the business to design and deliver a robust, strategically aligned bid programme. From pre-qualification through to post-submission, you’ll ensure the bid is effectively resourced and executed to maximise our chances of success.
This role is full time 40 hours per week across a 12-month fixed term contract. We are flexible on location however will require frequent UK and EU travel to internal and external sites.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
