What You'll Be Doing...

As our Bid Manager, you'll take the lead in managing and coordinating the end-to-end bidding process. You'll be the driving force behind compelling, compliant, and commercially sound proposals that showcase Mitie as the partner of choice.

Your key responsibilities will include...

Developing winning bid strategies, pricing models, and value propositions that stand out.
Analysing tender documents and researching client needs to tailor responses effectively.
Creating and managing detailed bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinating input from technical, commercial, legal, and subject matter experts.
Guiding and contributing to the creation of persuasive, high-quality written content.
Ensuring every submission is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

What We're Looking For...

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and brings:

Proven experience as a Bid Manager in the construction or built environment sector.
A strong track record of winning bids, securing framework positions, and driving business growth.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to write and review high-quality content.
Confidence in analysing ITTs/specs and developing compliant, high-scoring responses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and ideally some experience with AI tools.
