We are recruiting a Bid/Preconstruction Manager to join a regional contractor based in Surrey. They have a number of new opportunities from existing clients and frameworks and are looking to expand their preconstruction team.
They target negotiated repeat business opportunities as well as framework opportunities. They are secured on frameworks such as DFE, Pagabo, SCF, and local authority frameworks, working on bids in the education, health, care, and defence marketplaces. They also consider 2-stage or negotiated work for key clients but do not engage in single-stage high-risk developments. Projects typically range in value from £2 million to £20 million.
The company boasts an excellent preconstruction team, including bid managers, estimators, design teams, building services, and commercial experts, who collaborate on each bid to achieve the best possible outcome.
This role is suited for candidates with experience in bid, design, estimating, or early-stage preconstruction roles.
