You will work in a flexible hybrid setup across UK offices, collaborating with senior leaders and technical specialists to deliver high-quality proposals and support interviews and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced bid or proposal management experience.
• Experience delivering bids in consulting or professional services.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex bids from submission through evaluation.
• Develop bid and win strategies with senior leaders.
• Coordinate technical specialists for compelling content.
• Govern bid programmes, reviews and approvals.
• Support presentations, interviews and mentoring within the bid team.
