A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to oversee bids for rail and drainage projects. Responsibilities include managing incoming bids, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of bid management experience in civil engineering, with a minimum of 5 years on relevant projects. This role offers a salary of £60,000 to £70,000 plus car allowance and a hybrid working model.
