This is a fantastic Bid Manager (12-month FTC) opportunity to work with a leading UK-based technology services organisation and play a crucial role in overseeing high-value and complex bid processes.

The Bid Manager is a remote working role, based in the UK, with infrequent travel required for team meetings.

As a Bid Manager, you will be taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process, working alongside the sales team, to deliver compelling proposals. Credible experience in managing bids within the UK Public and/or Private Sector, as well as creating documentation for RFI/RFP responses, is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary, as the Bid Manager will be delivering bid management best practice across the business. The Bid Manager will have excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications is essential, as Bid Manager.

Key Skills as Bid Manager:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end bid processes, ideally in UK Public and/or Private Sector.
• Strong track record in writing and coordinating RFI/RFP responses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to implement and promote bid management best practices across teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, both internal and external.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborative mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience within IT Services or Telecommunications industry (Ideal).
