We are looking looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join a successful main contractor based at their regional office in Essex.
The successful Bid Manager will be required to manage the bid process on individual bids, which would involve managing the input of all contributors to that bid (ie: Planning, Operational, Commercial, Estimating, Proposals, etc.), taking overall ownership and responsibility for the production and submission of Tender Submissions, together with leading any Post Tender Follow-Up activity (such as TQ Responses, Post Tender Interviews, etc).
The client offers an attractive salary package ranging between £55k-£65k plus car/cash allowance, travel paid, private healthcare, pension and other benefits.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record whilst working for a leading main contractor and have a strong background of working within civils, highways and infrastructure.
