Are you a Bid Manager or similar looking for an exciting and challenging role within the defence industry that offers excellent long-term career prospects and progression opportunities with great work-life benefits?

On offer is the opportunity for a Bid Manager to join one of the world's largest defence, rail and engineering contractors, working on some of the world's most exclusive projects, playing your part in making a difference to the future of the world as we know it. Gaining Security Clearance, you will be playing a key role in the tendering and delivery of a range of mission critical projects across the various business sectors, supporting key customers, stakeholders and government bodies, with plenty of on the job training, progression and development opportunities and clear progression opportunities into Contracts and Commercial Management roles as well as other areas of the business.

The Role:

1. Developing effective customer relationships and negotiating independently.
2. Managing and understanding bid management and bid processes.
3. Maintaining supplier relationships.
4. Training, development and progression.

The Person:

• British Citizen.
• Bid Management/Bid Process experience.
