Job description

A Bid Manager with experience leading the full bid lifecycle, ideally within architecture, construction, or the built environment, is needed to drive and managed the end to end submission process and support business growth. The role involves managing multiple bids simultaneously, coordinating with senior stakeholders, developing compelling proposal content, and ensuring submissions are delivered to a consistently high standard. Strong bid writing, editing and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to analyse bid performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to wider work-winning strategies.

The successful candidate will have proven team leadership experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and confidence working under pressure to tight deadlines. Strong InDesign skills and experience using procurement portals and various submission methods are key, together with a solid understanding of frameworks and procurement processes.
