Qualifications

• Experience in writing PQQ and Tender responses.
• Proven track record in Civil Engineering and bidding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and time management abilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process.
• Analyze tender information and develop compliant bid content.
• Coordinate technical and commercial contributions.
• Produce supporting materials for tenders and quotes.
• Monitor pipeline activity and report on bid performance.

Skills

Experience in writing PQQ and Tender responses for Construction

Proven experience in a Civil Engineering role and bidding environment
