Kingdom Services Group has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our established and successful Tendering Centre.

Reporting directly to the Head of Tendering Centre, you will be responsible for supporting the existing Bid / No Bid process and producing tailored RFP and tender documents in response to formal tenders.

Location: Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area, and home-based 3 days a week.

Start date: We’re looking to fill this position ASAP!

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm, or as per business needs.

Candidate requirements:

Experience:

  • Experience in bid writing, particularly in facilities management and/or recruitment tenders, is advantageous.

Qualifications & Licenses:

  • Driving license.
  • Full five-year employment history with references, credit check, and right to work verification.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (if applicable).

Role responsibilities include:

Bid Management:

  • Understanding Kingdom Group's services and bid process.
  • Supporting bid/no bid decision-making.
  • Coordinating kick-off calls and managing stakeholder timelines.
  • Managing shared email accounts.

Bid Creation:

  • Preparing tailored RFP and tender responses.
  • Managing the end-to-end bid process from PQQ to presentation.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across departments.
  • Maintaining and improving bid libraries and document version control.
  • Managing client portals and distributing bid information.
  • Tracking tender opportunities using CRM (Hubspot).

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monthly review of progress against job description.
  • Continuous personal and team development.
