An established industry player is seeking a talented Bid Manager to lead the charge in crafting compelling proposals that drive growth in private medical insurance. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams, ensuring that each bid not only meets compliance standards but also stands out in the competitive landscape. With a flexible hybrid work model, you will balance time between home and the office, contributing to a dynamic environment that values innovation and creativity. If you are passionate about making a difference and have a knack for simplifying complex information, this opportunity is perfect for you.
At AXA Health, our customers journey begins in Distribution. We’re responsible for more than one million members at new business and renewal. Our teams expertly guide businesses large and small, from two employees to 10,000, through our products and processes so they can protect themselves and their families.
You’ll manage and deliver high-quality tenders, bids and presentations to enable AXA Health’s growth in private medical insurance (PMI), and health and wellbeing. You’ll work with new business and retention sales teams to create compelling, customer-focused proposals, ensuring compliance with AXA policies and deadlines.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means attendance in either our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Glasgow offices, visiting clients or attending industry events. Occasional travel to other offices for team meetings and collaboration will also be required.
