Responsibilities:
  • Lead or assist in bid management, from initial engagement to bid submission, coordinating various teams across the organization.
  • Drive bid production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Support sales efforts by developing and maintaining bid documentation and assisting in proposal production.
Essential Skills:
  • 2-4 years' bid management experience in the space industry.
  • Proficiency in managing bids of various sizes and complexities.
  • Strong sales and marketing acumen to construct competitive yet achievable bids.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the space industry and passion for space exploration.
Desirable Skills:
  • Postgraduate degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in domains such as in-orbit servicing or space situational awareness.
  • Commercial awareness and project management expertise.
  • Familiarity with UKSA or ESA ecosystem and bidding processes.
Location:

Harwell Space Cluster, UK, with potential for international travel. You will be required in the office on a hybrid basis (2 days/week).
