Job summary

Redline Group Ltd. is seeking a Bid Manager to join our client’s team in Chilwell, Nottingham on a permanent basis.

You will manage the full bid lifecycle, coordinating internal stakeholders and SMEs to deliver high-quality, compliant bids across UK and Ireland. The role requires proven bid management experience, exceptional writing skills and the ability to drive timely submissions while supporting commercial strategy and pricing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong & proven Bid Management experience.
• Experience managing full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
• Strong proposal writing and content development skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and bid management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent bids and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to submission and contract handover.
• Produce high-quality, compliant and persuasive bid and proposal content.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and SMEs to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.
• Manage bid plans, timelines, compliance requirements and governance across multiple opportunities.
• Support commercial strategy, pricing activities and continuous improvement of bid processes and content.
