Job summary

Boden Group in London is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join its growing work winning team. This is a hands-on role overseeing end-to-end bids from qualification to submission across large TFM opportunities.

You will coordinate with sales, solutions, commercial and operations to develop compelling, commercially strong submissions, manage bid plans, timelines and governance, and lead bid writers.

I’m working with a leading facilities management business that is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to join its growing work winning team.

This is a hands-on Bid Manager role, working across sizeable TFM opportunities and taking ownership of bids from opportunity through to submission.

The role

You’ll manage the end-to-end bid process, working closely with sales, solutions, commercial and operational teams to develop compelling and commercially strong submissions.

The business has a strong pipeline of opportunities, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex TFM bids rather than smaller, straightforward tenders.

• Ensure submissions are accurate, compelling and commercially aligned

About you

We’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager with strong FM / TFM experience who can take ownership and get stuck into the detail.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven experience managing complex FM or TFM bids
• Strong end-to-end bid management experience
• Experience working on sizeable outsourcing opportunities
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• A hands-on approach rather than someone who wants to purely oversee the process
