Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Bid Manager for A well–established and rapidly expanding national company based in Crawley.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Bid Manager to support the sales team by creating high–quality proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate CRM data and managing a smooth and timely bid process. This is a detail–focused role centred on coordination and content development within the new business workflow.

Location – Crawley (Hybrid)

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by creating clear, high–quality proposals and presentations
  • Write proposal content using input and ideas from the Business Development Director
  • Draft presentation decks
  • Create presentation decks that follow company templates
  • Keep the CRM system up to date
  • Ensure bids are completed and submitted on time
  • Focus on detail, coordination, and content writing to support new business effort
  • Update opportunity stages
  • Enter accurate closing dates and deal values
  • Track outcomes of submitted bids
