Looking to take the lead on exciting design bids?

We’re on the hunt for a super-organised Bid Manager to join a leading UK design studio. If you enjoy writing, coordinating teams, and making sure things run like clockwork — this could be right up your street.

You’ll be working closely with senior leadership and creative teams to help the studio win work they’re genuinely passionate about — from regeneration projects and housing, to public realm and sustainability-focused schemes.

There’s loads of variety, lots of responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference in a supportive, ambitious environment.

  • What you’ll get:A key role in a nationally recognised practice
  • Loads of autonomy and trust to run the show
  • Supportive team of creatives and business leaders
  • High-quality, meaningful projects to pitch for
  • Hybrid working and a healthy work/life balance
  • Great salary and long-term career progression
  • What they’re looking for:Someone with a few years’ experience running bids – you’ve handled EOIs, PQQs, RFPs and ITTs
  • Confident coordinating people, timelines and submissions
  • Good writer and editor – you know how to tell a story and keep it on-brand
  • Used to managing portals, deadlines, formatting, and final submission
  • Calm, methodical and positive under pressure
  • Experience in architecture or the built environment would be a real plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (Affinity is a bonus)
  • UK right to work (unfortunately, no sponsorship available)

A bit about the studio

This team is doing things the right way — design-led, people-first, and purpose-driven. With 200+ staff across the UK, they combine architecture, planning, sustainability, interiors and more, all under one roof. They're also a certified B Corp, which means they care just as much about people and planet as they do about profit.

You’ll be part of a positive, collaborative culture where you can grow your career — and actually enjoy the work you’re doing along the way.
