  4. Facilitate bid/no-bid decision-making processes, offering insights into strategic fit, risks, and resource needs.
  5. Collaborate with business development, operations, and senior management to align bids with company objectives.
  6. Oversee the preparation of pricing models and commercial proposals in collaboration with relevant teams.
  7. Ensure proposals meet client requirements and internal quality standards.
  8. Track bid outcomes and conduct post-submission reviews to identify improvements for future responses.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing bids or proposals, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of bid management processes and procurement practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies.
